To stay healthy there are many aspects to consider because everything can affect us from our diet to our exercise routine, because a poorly executed exercise routine can cause muscle fractures or tears but:

 what could you do to be healthier?

  • Eat healthy. You can eat more fruits.
  • Get regular exercise.
  • Lose weight if you’re overweight.
  • Protect your skin.
  • Don’t smoke or use tobacco.
  • Limit how much alcohol you drink.
  • fewer sweets 


how could you be more active?

  • Go for walks.
  • Take the stairs.
  • Clean vigorously.
  • Use a basket instead of a shopping cart.
  • Park further away.
  • Play with your pets.


With these activities we can improve our health since being more active we will feel more animated and energetic because bad habits in daily life harm us.
